On The Road Again: U. of Blue Tour Hits the Road

Spring’s almost here, and that means the fourth annual Costa Del Mar U. of Blue Tour is headed out on the road, visiting four new college campuses this year.  With a decked out Airstream trailer, different local and national bands at every stop, and tons of giveaways, the U. of Blue Tour is THE best party around.  This year, due to the Tour’s popular demand, students had to compete to earn a U. of Blue visit to their school, including writing about which conservation organization in their area would benefit from Tour proceeds.  Lots of schools were in the running, but only four took the prize.  They are:

University of Virginia                March 28, 2008
Davidson College                       April 5, 2008
Georgia Southern                       April 11, 2008
University of Alabama             April 19, 2008

Each U. of Blue Tour will include giveaways from sponsors like Costa Del Mar, Sperry Top-Sider, Emotion Kayaks, Guy Harvey and Pure Fishing. Each event will feature host and emcee Matt Eastman, star of TV’s Wanna Go Fishing. And if the U. of Blue Tour isn’t stopping at a school near you this spring, don’t worry. The Tour will make the rounds again this fall, bringing its Costa craziness to football tailgate parties around the country. Check the schedule and make plans to follow the Airstream!
