Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo
The 77th Annual Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo will take place, July 17 - 19, 2009. The ADSFR is the largest and oldest saltwater fishing tournament in the United States. Last year they had over 3,100 anglers competing in 30 categories for an estimated $400,000 in cash and prizes. Fishing begins at 5:00am Friday, July 17th with the ceremonial cannon blast at the ADSFR site, and concludes at 5:00pm Sunday, July 19th with the ending cannon blast.
