SHIPPING POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE AT COSTADELMAR.COM
Extended Holiday Return Policy:
Orders made between November 21st 2024 and December 29th 2024 are eligible for returns until January 31st 2025. Orders after this date can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. You may return a pair of qualifying Costa Sunglasses or Costa Gear in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.) Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Free responsible shipping over $50
Green shipping option is fulfilled by logistics providers using sustainable solutions to reduce climate impact.
The providers calculate carbon emissions from pickup to delivery; the carbon emissions are then offset through climate protection projects including reforestation, renewable energy, waste disposal, wind power and others, supported by the logistics providers.
The carbon neutral service is verified by a certified auditing company (i.e. Société Générale de Surveillance)

We want to make sure you get the perfect pair of Costa Sunglasses, which is why we offer Free Standard Shipping over $200 and Free Returns on qualifying CostaDelMar.com orders. Here are the details:
- Free Standard Shipping within the United States and Canada
- Minimum online purchase of $200 or more before tax and shipping.
- Offer not valid on previous purchases or repair order purchases.
- Free return shipping for all qualifying orders.
- Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Shipping policy:
CostaDelMar.com orders can be shipped within the United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Canada. You will have the ability to select your preferred shipping method. Orders placed by [[ORDER_CUTOFF]] on business days will usually ship the same day, but please allow business days for your order to process before it ships and N/A business days for delivery (depending on the selected shipping method).
We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders. Shipments to mailboxes and/or military bases are not possible. Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled.
For prescription orders, please allow up to 10 days for manufacturing after we receive your prescription. Our dedicated team will review your prescription and send it to our lab. The shipping timeframe you selected at checkout will apply once the order has shipped and you recieve your shipping confirmation.

Return policy:
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return a pair of qualifying Costa Sunglasses or Costa Gear. Items must be returned in their original condition (with original packaging, unused, untested, original tags, and resalable). If we receive returned items in a condition that doesn't meet our return requirements, we will decline the return. Should you submit a non-compliant return, you authorize us to charge you for the full amount of the non-compliant return using your original payment method and/or to reverse any refunds previously issued. Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
Engraved products are not eligible for return.
The return is applicable for orders bought in Costa Del Mar Canada. The free shipping return is applicable only in Canadian Territory.
Follow these steps to submit a return:
- If you placed your order while logged in into your account, please sign in and navigate to your Order and Return History section to submit the return request. If instead you have not an account and ordered as guest, visit https://www.costadelmar.com/en-ca/track-order#/and complete the online return request.
- Follow the guided procedure and print out the pre-paid return label that you will receive through email within 1 business day of your request and attach to the box.
- Once your label is attached and the package is secured, choose between the two options below:
- BOOK A PICK-UP AT YOUR PLACE: call Canada Post at 1-866-607-6301 to book a free pick-up to any address in CA;
- USE A CANADA POST DROP OFF POINT: take your return package to one of the Canada Post Drop Off Points in CA https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/information/app/fpo/personal/findpostoffice where they will take care of everything for you;
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed and a refund has been processed.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to show on your account.
- We do not exchange items, but you may reorder through CostaDelMar.com at this time.
