Costa frames come in a variety of materials, and our co-injected nylon frames are the most durable. Made from TR-90 nylon, these bio-resin-based frames are tough, flexible and long-lasting. Ventilation and Moisture Control 

Ventilation ducts near the outer corners of the frames allow air to flow freely, reducing lens fogging and keeping you cooler. The ducts work in tandem with special channels along the inside of the frame’s temples (arms), which wick sweat and moisture away from your lenses to help keep them clear.

• 580P polycarbonate – Lightweight, impact-resistant and highly durable, these lenses feature a C-WALL coating that creates a molecular bond. This further enhances the natural scratch resistance of polycarbonate.
